History and tradition are only capitalized when we take good advantage of the bene ts they bring. For me, this means the skill of building for the present and the future that is open to modernity, but on the solid foundation of the experiences of previous generations. Leaving a lasting and valued imprint, remembering from where we came – for me, this is the quintessence of heritage. In my opinion, in fact, it is di_cult to forge new trails without an awareness of our roots. .is is an extremely important element in striving towards a goal, as are a belief in one’s own ability, complete commitment and perseverance in action.

Beyond Beauty Legacy architecture and functionality.
Extending the boundaries of beauty, urban space is like a gallery, defined by its distinctive elements.
President of Goettsch Partners, architect of the building
The elegant and timeless form of Mennica Legacy Tower was designed by a team of architects from Chicago’s Goettsch Partners. This architectural firm has over 40 years of experience in designing buildings in America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Its portfolio includes high-rises, offices, hotels, mixed-use developments, academic and government buildings as well as urban master plans. Regardless of their function, the beauty of Goettsch Partners’ designs go hand in hand with functionality and efficiency, each time placing future users as the central focus. Subtle curves and a serrated façade will provide Mennica Legacy Tower with lightness and dynamism. The transparent lobby glazing will blur the boundary between the interior and its surroundings. Locating the tower in the southeast corner of the plot allows attractive public plazas to be built between both segments of the complex. Pedestrians will appreciate the buildings’ arcades with their cafés and restaurants at the ground level.
