The public realm between the buildings of Mennica Legacy Tower encompasses a passage which gave rise to a new pedestrian traffic route between Prosta and Grzybowska Streets. Owing to the tower’s perfect location in the south-eastern corner of the plot, pedestrians are presented with attractive public space comprising street furniture and greenery. An underground four-story car park offers, among other things, charging points for electric cars and 300 spaces for bicycles along with cyclist-friendly infrastructure.
